| Detailed description of project: |
| Hey everybuddies! Randy here. I've recently started to use Skype a lot, and have been intrigued by the idea of having a songwriting partner (or more than one) from elsewhere around the world! I live in Fayetteville, North Carolina (USA), so that would be really fun. I mostly like punk/indie/folk, and I would really love to create something very catchy and rock/pop, mixed with anything else.Something along the lines of They Might Be Giants/Jonathan Coulton/Barenaked Ladies, if anyone knows them. Just a huge range of songs, dealing with all kinds of subjects. Test the limits of our minds! Maybe we could record some stuff, jam, or even make a few songwriting podcasts...or something. I play guitar and sing, so another guitarist/singer would be awesome, but literally any instrument is welcome. I've been writing for a little over 7 years, and anyone else who knows a little bit about the craft is more than welcome! It doesn't have to be over Skype, btw. We could just send tracks back and forth. A couple of links to some of my old work (the .tk links just go to my myspace music profiles): www.mcfear.tk www.thesris.tk P.S. The name of that song playing is "Going Down".
